- Shuttle Service from Parking Lot for the Players
- Hole Event Setup (Longest Drive, Closest to Pin, Longest Putt etc)
- Setup of Registration Tables
- Placing Hole Sponsor Signs on Course
- Lead Players to their Respective Holes
- Hang Sponsor Signs around the Patio
- Take Care of any Hole-in-One events, (Park Car, Set up tees for appropriate distances etc)
